AGCSA conference 2015- Hunter Valley Preview
The trade show seminar season has kicked off with the cooler weather. For those in NSW STA NSW is holding a seminar at WIN stadium in Wollongong next Tuesday (places still available) see here for details http://www.sportsturf.asn.au/events
The annual AGCSA turf conference will be held in the Hunter Valley this year (Crowne Plaza Resort). its the first time since Moama that NSW has held the conference.and the first time in a long time that NSW are going into a State of Origin series as winners. (Insert joke here my QLD readers).

One talk YOU MUST attend is Tuesday 3.20pm-4pm Called “KEEPING UP WITH TECHNOLOGY”
Why because I am presenting. Well not just that but thats a good enough reason. i am teaming up with Gareth Hammond (Assistant superintendent NSW Golf Club) to bring you this talk. The last time I did this type of talk at the conference was back in 2012 in Melbourne (with Robin Doodson) and this is an extension of that with with information you can take back and start using straight away. So please make the effort to come along to this as you will get something out of it. Also bring along your tablets and smartphones and utilise them during this talk.
I encourage everyone to attend at least the some education sessions or a workshop.
If you can’t make the education sessions I encourage you and your staff to come up to the trade show for the day. The trade show this year is a little different with some great initiatives which include:
- breakfast with the trade and
- some education sessions on the show floor
We will be there on Stand 38 and have some exciting products to show you as well as a few other things which I will post closer to the date.
The AGCSA again have an app for the conference. This years one has been fully redesigned and improved the functionality of it. As well the app is super quick even with poor internet connection. The app is for both smarphones and tablets. For whats inside see this link
